On October 23, the Tbilisi City Court Judge David Mgeliashvili issued a verdict for accused of hindering the carrying out of the demonstration dedicated to the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia in 2013. The court found Irakli Balisaia (Priest at Mtskheta St. John's Convent), Tital Davrishiani, Beqa Saluqvadze and Giorgi Basiashvili innocent.
