On December 11th, 2015, the judge of the Administrative case panel of Tbilisi City Court, Tamar Oniani, partially upheld the suit of "Women's Initiatives Supporting Group", Eka Tsereteli, and others against the Ministry of Internal Affairs (the part of the suit where the plaintiff is the organization "Women's Initiatives Supporting Group" has not been upheld). According to the court's decision, the Ministry of Internal Affairs had failed in fulfilling its positive obligation on May 17th of 2013 and did not let the applicant individuals carry out the demonstration marking the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia. Plaintiffs' interests were represented by Women's Initiatives Supporting Group and the lawyers from Georgian Young Lawyers Association.
